Wrong Turn

The original film debuted in 2003 and was inspired by an episode of the X-Files (no one can convince me otherwise).  The story of a group that finds themselves in rural part of the country beings stalked by deranged mountain men.  

Stars Eliza Dushku from Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel.

There are 5 direct to video sequels (2 & 3) /prequels (4-6).  A new movie came out in 2021 but I have yet to see that one.

The first is my favorite and I've enjoyed the others that I have seen.
