History:  Chloe Donovan is the only daughter of Claire Donovan and an unnamed father.  Chloe never knew her biological father as he impregnated her mother while they were in college and ran out on her when he learned she was expecting.

In order to help Claire so she could finish her degree, get a job and provide for her daughter Chloe's Uncle and Aunt would look after her when Claire was studying/working.  Chloe was very close to her cousin Charlie who was the youngest of the three Donovan boys.

Chloe originated in the Spring Break story that serves as the prequel to Burned and Burn Notice series.
