History:  Casey Richards attends Bayview High School and is a member of the school's Dance Team.  She was present the day Ramona tried out and was kicked off the team.  She was also present during the Full Lips Fuller (canon) incident where Rocki kisses Jackson.

AN: Casey Richards is the name I created for the character derived from her real name Kaycee Rice.  She has no speaking lines and the character can be made to be whatever a fanwriter choses.
